Diverticulitiis ( herniated pockets ) of the colon, trap feces (poop) which are just what the word says…trapped and don’t get out. Putrified, rotting poison (and you are reabsorbing all of this back into your blood stream). Most Americans 40 and over have between 10-20 pounds of impacted fecal matter they are carrying right now. John Wayne (the famous western movie star) had 40 pounds of impacted fecal matter when they did his autopsy. And you wonder why coleo-rectal cancer is at the top of the cancer list?
Cleansing your colon: Schedule a colon health plan you feel is right for you (one is suggested on this site). Be sure you have enough daily fiber in your diet. If you have any doubt, take a good daily fiber supplement. Whatever you decide to do is a step on the road to (health) or (sickness and disease). Just look at the statistics. The typical American diet is killing people! By the millions!
Colon Hydrotherapy (colonic irrigations) - usually performed by professionals or best results and as you can imagine, this is no picnic in the park.

Enemas - typically only removes material from the lower part of the colon (last 8-12 inches) and does not address the compaction problem.

Herbal Supplements - while supplements can be effective in bowel emptying, they are not effective in fully cleansing the bowel, removing much of the toxic waste, or improving the health of the good bacteria in the colon. These types of products cause contraction but they do not internally cleanse which is necessary for a long term solution to the problem.
Laxatives - Laxatives are used as temporary treatments of constipation. While they are sometimes effective at helping you out, they do not cleanse. They don’t touch the compaction problem either which is the most troubling to resolve. Further, there are serious complications and side effects including dehydration and loss of muscle around the colon lining.

http://www.CaptainColon.com http://www.Volcanohealing.com How to beat constipation, IBS, bloating, stomach pain and skin problems while gaining more energy and a flatter stomach
at the same time

If you once suffered from constipation, IBS, severe gas and bloating, weight gain, chronic fatigue, acid reflux, parasites, stomach pain, diverticulitis, skin and hair problems and many other common ailments. They put an end to their suffering by becoming clean inside as you read every word of this article, I will tell you how they did it - and how you can do it too. If you’ve been struggling with these problems for some time, chances are you’ve tried everything to make the pain go away. You’ve tried laxatives and other OTC and prescription drugs, commercial fiber supplements, maybe even colonoscopy or surgeries. All to no avail as you’re still suffering. Why? Because the root cause of the problem was never eliminated.
The Root Cause and The Dirtiest Secret
So what is the root cause of most digestive ailments? Look at the picture below. How would you feel if long pieces of old toxin-filled fecal matter were stuck to the inside of your colon for months or even years? Would you feel constipated, bloated and lethargic? Would your bowels be irritated by this debris day in and day out causing what we call IBS? Just think about what else toxic build-up like this can cause? Stomach pain and constipation? Fatigue, gas and bloating? Headaches and indigestion? Weight gain and a large protruding belly? The list is almost endless.
“Death Begins In The Colon”
You probably never heard about this before as this is literally the dirtiest secret in America today. As the Vegetarian Times so aptly wrote:
“Of all the polite topics of conversation, the state of one’s intestines is probably at the bottom of most people’s lists. Let’s face it: Irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, gas, diverticulitis and colon cancer are simply not things we like to discuss. And yet, as the old expression goes, death begins in the colon. Don’t believe it? Ask any coroner. Autopsies often reveal colons that are plugged up to 80 percent with waste material.” - Vegetarian Times, March, 1998

http://www.CaptainColon.com Embarrassing as it may be, we have all suffered from constipation at one time in our life or another. According to the National Health Interview Survey as many as 3 million Americans suffer from frequent if not chronic constipation. While constipation is not recognized as a degenerative disease or serious disorder, people who are constipated often feel bloated, uncomfortable and even sluggish. Constipation by itself is miserable enough, but sufferers often experience painful bowel movements that can become compounded by hemorrhoids that form due to straining.
Understanding Constipation
To understand constipation, it is important to understand how our digestive system works. When we eat, food is ground up in our stomachs so it can be digested. This ‘liquid’ food passes into the small intestine where nutrients are extracted. It then moves on to the colon, where water is removed, allowing a stool to form. If too much water is extracted from the stool as it passes through the colon, it can become hard and difficult to pass leaving you constipated. Why People Get Constipated, There are a number of reasons why people get constipated. These include not eating enough dietary fiber, over-eating, not drinking enough liquids (water), lack of exercise, ignoring the ‘urge’ to have a bowel movement and plain old stress. Other causes can include having a lazy colon that does not contract properly, causing waste materials to pass through the colon slowly, food allergies that can cause the colon to contract, or mechanical obstructions that inhibit the movement of waste materials. Many prescription drugs and certain neurological disorders can also slow down the movement of waste materials through the colon. Constipation can also be brought on by an abuse of laxatives that over time can damage the nerve cells in the colon and interfere with its ability to contract properly. Fortunately, there are a number of things you can do to relieve chronic constipation naturally. Constipation Prevention and Treatment.

Ending the Colon Hydrotherapy Sea Water Health Cleanse

To learn more go to http://www.CaptainColon.com or http://www.VolcanoHealing.com You’ve had abdominal pain for several hours, and there doesn’t seem to be any relief in sight. Should you wait it out or seek help right away? Abdominal pain is common. Episodes often stem from overeating or eating too much of a certain type of food. Sometimes a viral or bacterial infection (gastroenteritis) is responsible. In other cases, the pain may be an early warning sign of something more serious. But, you can’t always judge the severity of its cause by how much pain you feel. Cramping from a viral infection or simple gas can cause severe pain, while potentially life-threatening problems, such as colon cancer or appendicitis, may cause little or no pain initially.
Where does it hurt? The number of organs in your abdomen and the complex signals they send can make it tough to pinpoint the cause of abdominal pain. Sometimes, the location of your pain can help narrow the list. But, it’s very difficult to know the cause of the abdominal pain solely by its location, even for an experienced doctor.
Navel area Pain near your bellybutton can be related to a small intestine disorder or an inflammation of your appendix (appendicitis).
The appendix is a small, finger-shaped pouch that projects out from your colon on the lower right side of your abdomen. If it gets obstructed, it may become inflamed and filled with pus. Without treatment, an infected appendix can burst and cause a serious infection (peritonitis). In addition to abdominal pain, appendicitis may cause nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, fever, and the urge to pass gas or have a bowel movement.
Upper middle abdomen–The epigastric area — directly above the navel in the upper middle section of the abdomen — is where you might feel pain associated with stomach disorders. Persistent pain in this area may also signal a problem with your pancreas or gallbladder.Upper left abdomen–It’s uncommon to experience pain here. When you do, it may suggest a stomach, colon, spleen or pancreas problem.Upper right abdomen–Intense pain in the upper right abdomen is often related to inflammation of the gallbladder. The pain may extend to the center of your abdomen and penetrate to your back. Occasionally, an inflamed pancreas, colon or duodenum can cause pain in this area as well.Lower middle abdomen–Pain below the navel that spreads to either side may signify a colon disorder. Pain in this area may also be a symptom of kidney stones or a urinary tract infection. For women, pain in this area may also indicate pelvic inflammatory disease.Lower left abdomen–Pain here often suggests a problem in the lower colon, where food waste is expelled. Possible causes include inflammatory bowel disease or an infection in the colon known as diverticulitis.
Lower right abdomen–Inflammation of the bowel may cause pain in your lower right abdomen. The pain of appendicitis also may spread to the lower right abdomen. Other possible causes of lower right abdominal pain include hernia and ectopic pregnancy.Migrating pain–Abdominal pain has the unusual ability to travel along deep nerve pathways and emerge at sites away from the source of the problem. Pain related to gallbladder inflammation, for example, can spread to your chest and your right shoulder. Pain from a pancreas disorder may radiate up between your shoulder blades. This is often called “referred pain.”Alternatively, abdominal pain may be referred pain from another condition, such as a heart attack or pneumonia. Managing the pain For mild abdominal pain caused by something you ate, it may help to sip water or suck on ice chips. When you feel better, try small amounts of bland foods, such as applesauce or bananas. When to see your doctor Though most cases of abdominal pain aren’t serious, sometimes medical treatment is essential. Consult your doctor if: The pain is severe, recurrent or persistent The pain gets worse. You can’t eat because of the pain. You also have a high fever or chills along with the pain. Seek emergency help if: The pain is accompanied by shortness of breath, dizziness, bleeding, vomiting or a high fever. The abdominal pain is sudden and severe. The pain radiates to your chest, neck or shoulder. You vomit blood. You find blood in your stool or your stool turns black. You find blood in your urine. Your abdomen is swollen and tender.
