I passed an enormous, rope-like stool this morning when I went to the bathroom. It was easily a foot in length and as you can see, very weird in appearance. I’m still taking a break from 2 of the 3 components in the Colonix program as recommended after the first month but I’m still drinking the fiber drink at the moment.

I did have a normal bowel movement this morning after waking up, but nothing was out of the ordinary.
