Just take a good fiber product with lots of psylium husk. That is the best fiber, bar none. And fiber products are very inexpensive.
I'm sorry, but the average American diet does not provide anywhere near to the amount of fiber we need, and that amount is controversial. What we do know is that you need a lot of fiber, much more than different foods can give you. I love bran muffins, they are loaded with fiber, but not enough to give me, or any one else, the daily amount we need. A gram here and one there means nothing. So my friend, you need to supplement! Compared to the colon cleanse variety of cleansers which give you all kinds of herbs and stuff you never heard of, with many rules and regulations like — do this — don't do that etc., it makes you dizzy, psylium husk is simple and effective. But most of all you don't have to take it for weeks or months like the colon cleanse combination mixes. Usually, after a day or two you will be OK. To bad, I guess we can't mention product names here, because I could give you a few. Just make sure to read and follow the directions. It really makes all the difference. I mean if it tells you to take 4 capsules 4 times a day—-do it!

Your colon sure doesn't need cleansed. Colons are pink, healthy and fine. Leave your poor colon alone. Colon cleansers have no value whatsoever and run the risk of introducing bacteria to your body or causing injury. Drink plenty of fluids, eat plenty of fiber, fruit and vegetables and get some exercise. That is how you keep your colon happy. Keep your money and spend it on a massage or something useful.
