colon cleanser
Some say Colon Cleanse but are really a laxative?
What are stool softeners? (ingredients I should be looking for.)
A laxative and a "colon cleanse" is really the same thing. Biggest difference is the price, a laxative is a few dollars but a cleanse will be more expensive. Not only a way to give you diarrhea but an effective way to give you diarrhea of the wallet as well.

colon cleanser
I was thinking of doing something extra care of myself . My mother had colon cancer and she died from it long time ago. I don't like to buy and use it on the counter. I rather use something I can make at home. Any tips. Serious answers please.
Magnesium citrate is what will clean out your colon. it is inexpensive too.

colon cleanser
I don't like to use the bathroom at work (or any public restroom for that matter). The colon cleaser product says it takes about 90 days to fully cleanse. I would obviously start on the weekend, but after the first couple days does the um…"action" slow down enough to go to work and activly participate in life or is it more beneficial to take a week off?
I use a nutritional cleansing system that works on a cellular level and most people do not spend all their time in the bathroom. They find that they may even get plug a little.
Everyone who uses this carry on regular lives, work, kids

colon cleanser
I was wondering if anyone has used any of the colon cleaners/flushes on the market and did they have any bad side effects. Also which one and was it a 7 day, 14 day, 21 day or 30 day.
I have used them before and I did lose some weight. The weight you lose from using colon cleansers is excess water and waste in your digestive system. You're not burning fat that is stored in your body. You will lose weight, but not a significant amount. Having chronic diarrhea can make you lose weight if it makes you eat less and you're not replacing lost nutrients. Using colon cleansers for weight loss is much like abusing laxatives for the same purpose. This is not healthy and may lead to bowel problems. Use colon cleansers when you feel that you truly feel you need to and for other reasons than weight loss.
Using diarrhea as a method for losing weight is not healthy and not really helping you lose much weight. The best way to lose weight is to limit your food intake, make sure to introduce more raw fruits and veggies into your diet and stick to an exercise routine that is easy for you. The only healthy way to remove fat is by burning it off though hard work, eating good and eating less(only if you over eat). Fat will not stay off if you try any other method.

colon cleanser
For health and weight loss purposes, I am considering using a colon cleanser. Because there are over 200 on the market, I'm curious which one(s) you have used and what your experience was with them.
1) Have you used a colon cleanser?
2) If yes, what brand?
3) Were you please with the results? If no, why not?
4) Would you do it again?
Thanks in advance for your help!
I am currently trying the GNC brand 2 day colon clenser ( I am on day 2).
I have yet to have a BM but I am sure it is coming soon.
GNC has a great return policy too, if you try one of there products and are not 100% satisfied you can return it for a full refund.
After today if you question is still open I will let you know how mine went.

colon cleanser
I am trying to lose weight, along with becoming a healthier me. I have never taken a colon cleanser and I am a little bit apprehensive, but I have heard good things. However, the problem is everyone I know that has done them have all done different ones. I would appreciate anyone's imput. Thanks.
The best colon cleanser I have found is to read the dietary labels on foods and pick the ones that say next to fiber 20% or higher of daily allowance. I try to eat a lot of these foods. Drink plenty of water and get daily excersize. Stay away from all the supplements that say they cleanse the colon. They are no good.

Colon cancer is cancer that starts in the large intestine (colon) or the rectum (end of the colon). Such cancer is sometimes referred to as “colorectal cancer.”
Other types of colon cancer such as lymphoma, carcinoid tumors, melanoma, and sarcomas are rare. In this article, use of the term “colon cancer” refers to colon carcinoma and not these rare types of colon cancer.
Causes Return to top
According to the American Cancer Society, colorectal cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths in the United States. (However, in almost all cases, early diagnosis can lead to a complete cure.)
There is no single cause for colon cancer. Nearly all colon cancers begin as benign polyps, which slowly develop into cancer.
You have a higher risk for colon cancer if you have:
* Colorectal polyps
* Cancer elsewhere in the body
* A family history of colon cancer
* Ulcerative colitis
* Crohn’s disease
* Personal history of breast cancer

colon cleanser
Which would you recommend and are there any good recipes where you can still get the dietary nutrients that you need if doing a home colon cleanser?
A colonic is pretty brutal, but if you decide to do that, find one that does what is called "an open colonic." The only issue with doing a colonic is that you wash out all the good bacterial flora of the intestine and you then have to do an intensive rebuild of that with good probiotics. If you tell me what general area you are located, I can most likely recommend a good practitioner to help you.
The colon cleanse is really great. It works and if you get the right product, it should be used for about 4 months. It doesn't give you diarrhea or anything like that, but it will cause you to lose about 10 - 15 pounds of old fecal matter. You will also notice that your movements are much larger and easier to move. Your intestines have a very large surface area. In fact, it could cover an entire parking lot! I am at the end of doing a colon cleanse and it is a great feeling.
The best product I've found is at: www.healthline.cc (not .com) Buy the "Colon Cleanse." Take 5 in the a.m. and 5 in the p.m.
good luck

http://www.ColonixReview.com - Day 36 of my Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleansing treatment review and things continue to get stranger. I passed an enormous, rope-like stool this morning when I went to the bathroom. It was easily a foot in length and as you can see, very weird in appearance. I’m still taking a break from 2 of the 3 components in the Colonix program as recommended after the first month but I’m still drinking the fiber drink at the moment.
